Shipping Policy

• No refunds on any orders unless wrong item is sent.

• Phemie Beauty is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or packages after they say delivered. 

• All orders take 7-14 business days to process because they are all made to order

• wholesale orders & lipgloss kits may take additional time to process due to the labor time

​​RETURN &  Exchange Policy

• We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL UNPAID ORDERS.

• We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered. We do not ship replacements.

• No exchanges 

• PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS OUR FAULT
